Return policy

1. Download the Return Form:
To initiate a return, please download our returns form by clicking the link below.

2. Completing the Form:
Carefully complete the return form, providing the required information.

3. Preparation of the Package:
Carefully package the items you wish to return, including the return form in the package.

4.Return Costs:
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
5. Sending the Package:
Send the package to the address indicated on the return form.

      Please note that returns must meet the following conditions:

      • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
      • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached.
      • Items must not contain any traces, animal hair or odor on the garment (cigarettes, perfume, etc.).
      • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible for return.
      • If the desired size is not available, a credit will be issued for the value of the returned items.

      * In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or reimbursement, provided that the Products are returned in perfect condition within 14 days following notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

      Regarding the processing of returns, our approach is as follows:

      Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as a credit, depending on your preference. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

      Exchange Policy:

      1. Contact us:
      To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at Hb92.contact@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

      2. Exchange Confirmation:
      Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible to confirm the availability of the desired item or size.

      3.Return of the Article:
      Once the exchange is confirmed, please send us the tracking number.
        Items you wish to exchange must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible for exchange.
        If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service to check the availability of the desired size.
        If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.

          Refund Policy:

          Refunds can be made in two ways:

          1. Refund by Bank Card or PayPal:
          If you made your payment by credit card or through PayPal, the refund amount will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
          2. Reimbursement by Gift Card:
          If you used a gift card to make your purchase, the refund amount will be credited as a gift card usable on our online store.

            Return Fees: In case of requesting a full refund of your order, please note that the return costs will be at your expense. However, if you have received a defective or incorrect product, the return costs will be covered by our company HBSTORE .

              Shipping Cost Reimbursement: When a full refund is issued and free shipping was provided when you placed your order, this fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
