These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Hbstore hereinafter referred to as "The company" and managing the site www.hbstore.fr and, on the other hand, by

any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.hbstore.fr hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Article 1. Purpose
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between the company and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www. hbstore . fr The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing his order.

Article 4. Order and payment terms

In the event of fraudulent use of the buyer's means of payment, the company cannot be held responsible. As soon as the buyer notices fraudulent use of his means of payment, he must immediately contact his bank or the person responsible for his means of payment (the company Paypal for a Paypal account for example). No refund or exchange beyond the legal period provided for by the consumer code can be applied to buyers whose means of payment have been used fraudulently.

Article 5. Reservation of ownership

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right
